Commercial Manager

Who Are We looking for?
You are an entrepreneur at heart with a commercial mindset and passionate about marketing and business development. You bring your ideas to the table and have solid track record within B2C marketing and revenue growth. Interested in growing as a Commercial Manager, who would like to face the ambitious task of running one of biggest brands in the Polish beauty industry.
Your main responsibilities:
• Build and maintain customer base of products through efficient marketing and sales campaigns in Poland
• Build brand awareness and brand value by using strategic partners and suitable marketing channels
• Plan, implement, follow up and optimize campaigns and activities within approved marketing plans
• SoMe channels – advertise, create and add content, monitor and respond to comments
• Negotiate with media houses, agencies, other suppliers, oversee and evaluate outsourced works
• Analyse, evaluate and report on ongoing tests and campaign results
• Create and execute anti-churn activities
• Make sure that marketing material follows rules and regulations
• Perform market and competitors’ research and analysis, follow trends within the category
• Create briefs and develop marketing materials together with internal and/or external designers/graphics
• Participate in and/or hold events
• Update Customer Service on current marketing plans, materials and communication strategies
In order to fill this role and responsibilities we are emphasizing on following qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Communication and/or Marketing
• In-depth Marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering effective and profitable marketing activities
• Experience from utilizing digital marketing channels and understanding their drivers, with a proven record of creating and executing successful content and campaigns
• Understand P&L and its drivers
• Experience from similar customer segment and/or direct sales and/or subscription-based companies will be considered favorable
• Digital background, with a proven record creating and executing successful content and campaigns will also be a plus
