Your responsibilities:

• Designing and building complex BI reports, scorecards and dashboards, based on specifications as requested
• Executing dashboards and calculations upon request
• Presenting information through different visualization
• Evaluating and improving existing BI systems
• Collaborating with teams to integrate systems
• Collaborate with other Data Analysts and business leaders in multiple business functions to understand reporting/visualization needs.
• Identify and find solutions to meet business data and reporting needs with a combination of attention to detail and pragmatism.
• Collaborating with other teams to gather necessary data for analysis

Our requirements:

• Proven experience in Power BI and/or Microsoft BI
• Excellent skills in SQL and Excel. Additional Tableau skills (or any equivalent visualization software) or VBA experience are a plus.
• At least one year of practical experience in the area of Business Intelligence / Data Analysis / Data Science.
• Ability to develop dashboards / reports from multiple data sources; including data from live database connections
• Experience in designing new technical solutions to enhance existing reports and tools
• Ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and formulate recommendations
• Experience in working with large datasets (hundreds of millions of rows) in different tools and presenting the information at multiple levels of detail (i.e. aggregated views that are drillable to granular levels)
• Highly proactive, results oriented and capable of independent critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to work in a multifaceted, international environment
• Great communication skills to interact with team members
• Good English language is essential – spoken and written
• Experience in Validation of the created reports

Optional:

• Experience with the database
• Experience in transformation from on premise solution to cloud like AWS, Azure, Google
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Experience in SQL
• Knowledge Cognos OR Jasper soft is an advantage
• Understanding Modeling in a data warehouse
• Experience working in one or more data platforms (e.g. Teradata, Hadoop, DB2)
